4. Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently, we ship within the United Kingdom. For international shipping inquiries, please email us at Info@taffit.uk and we’ll do our best to assist you.
5. How long does delivery take?
We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days.

6. How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery option.
Free standard UK shipping is available on orders over £50.
7. Can I return or exchange my item?

8. What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll resolve it right away.
9. Can I customize my order (e.g. posters or tumblers)?
Currently, most of our items are pre-designed, but we love feedback and suggestions! Email us if you have a request — we’re always looking to expand our offerings.
